Dear all,
The last three years has been very hectic but satisfying. However we are aware of the distance we have to travel for achieving our dreams. We are not ever talking of sleeping and perhaps will never do ! JITM has achieved NBA accreditation and is earning a name for pure, unadulterated, value based teaching-learning processes in academia. We have become the only BPUT Engineering College to have a CNC lab. Our students are now winning prizes in national competitions. We have partnerships with all the leading IT companies of the country, at the same time, we are the only Engineering college conscious of our social responsibility, involved in training tribal and displaced youths in machine tool operation. We are also building tribal hostels in hinterlands of the district and have committed ourselves to make Gajapati a better place to live in.

Centurion Group of Institutes will continue to journey on the same path. We wish to be 100% residential campus offering accommodation to all students, faculty and staff in the campus. Our 100 acre campus at JITM and 40 acre campus at Centurion Institute of Technology, CIT, Bhubaneswar will soon boast of a health club, boating in lakes, and will resemble a natural conservation park. While the classrooms will discuss cutting edge technologies, labs will be ultra modern and will be connected to the world virtually. We may be 27 kms from the national golden quadrilateral highway, but are not even inches away from the information super highway. We have added a tennis court, more badminton courts, hostels, roads and faster internet to our infrastructure. We are successful in wooing good companies, students and faculty members for our institutes, specially the first class students are encouraged with special fee concessions and scholarships. We are in the process of introducing various Lab related manufacturing units in the campus, to create Industry ambiance and harness the real feel for our students. For us quality matters not the place.

Academic Discipline will continue to be the backbone of our colleges. We are proud to say that we were not disturbed even during the university wide students' agitation of the year back students. We have overcome the bad memories and the future looks well lighted. Centurion Institute of Technology, CIT in the capital city of Bhubaneswar has strengthened the JITM institutions in Gajapati. We are lately concentrating on more corporate relationships and foreign university collaborations. There is more good news down the line.
